Alice joined Legastat in 2011 and has worked in a variety of roles across the business, developing a strong understanding of the company and its clients. Since focusing on credit control in 2018, she has built extensive experience in accounts management, helping to ensure processes run efficiently while maintaining excellent client relationships.
In her role, Alice is responsible for supporting the smooth running of the credit control function, bringing a keen eye for detail and a highly organised approach to her work. She enjoys the variety that each day brings and takes particular satisfaction in resolving issues, improving processes and keeping everything on track.
With years of experience and a positive, practical mindset, Alice understands the importance of patience, communication and consistency when working with both clients and colleagues.
