Marion has been part of the Legastat journey for over 22 years, beginning her career in the finance department before taking on a variety of roles across the business. This breadth of experience has given her a deep understanding of the industry, clients’ needs, and what it takes to build a successful and sustainable organisation.
What has kept Marion motivated throughout her career is the opportunity to work with great people, solve complex challenges, and create real value for clients. Her current role draws on her experience across finance, operations, and leadership, with a particular focus on financial management, business performance, compliance, and supporting the continued growth of Legastat.
