While unlikely to become law, the presentation bill shows the direction of travel. Remote hearings are here to stay, and along with them electronic court bundles.
There are several ways to create an electronic court bundle. You can use software where you upload individual documents and the software works its magic. You can use a court bundle presentation provider, who will also create the ebundle for you. Or you can use paralegal services who will manually assemble the documents into the required format. In all instances, you end up with the same result: a glorified PDF.
