eDisclosure Framework Update – Get involved in version 3.0
Greg Stewart : Feb 6, 2020 4:01:00 PM
Legastat have been providing electronic disclosure (eDisclosure) solutions via the Crown Commercial Services RM3717 (previously RM924) Framework for over 7 years. We are established as a leading provider to Central and Local Government, having worked on many high-profile matters including major Public Inquires and complex litigation involving Government during this time. Our services have also evolved to include Managed Legal Review and the outsourcing of services such as large-scale Subject Access Requests (SAR)s processing.
Much has changed within eDisclosure and the wider Litigation Support market during this time. We have seen the introduction of almost exclusively Cloud-Based solutions, powerful Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies powering document review exercises and new and exciting innovations such as sentiment analysis and live document translations. Size, scale and speed of applications are largely standardised,
and clients are increasingly looking to establish trusted working relationships with suppliers who are focused on outcomes.
To ensure the wider Public Sector continues to benefit from access to dedicated, end-to-end eDisclosure services, the 3rd iteration of the framework will be procured later this year and the early engagement process is starting very soon. Crown Commercial Services (CCS) is looking to engage with potential users of the Framework to ensure that it is designed for purpose and can meet the demands of all organisations.
If you, or a colleague is interested in taking part, then CCS would really like to hear from you.
Please contact Nicola Murray (CCS Framework Manager) for further details at nicola.murray@crowncommercial.gov.uk by Wednesday 5th February 2020.
Of course, if you would like to discuss a more immediate interest in how our services may be able to assist you, or if you would just like to understand more, then please do get in touch with myself at paul.fox@legastat.co.uk or via phone on 0207 492 6510.
